In addition, since 2000, he has been Directors and Commissioners of several affiliated companies of PT Global Mediacom Tbk., that includes a President Director of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk. He graduated from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan in 1979. |

Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo

Concurrently he has served as a Vice President Commissioner of PT Global Mediacom Tbk. since 2002 and as a member of the Board of Commissioners of RCTI, TPI, and Global TV. Outside of the MNC Group, he occupies the position as a President Director of PT MNC Sky Vision (Indovision) and as a Commissioner of PT Bhakti Investama Tbk. He graduated from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada in 1987 and obtained an MBA degree from San Francisco University, San Francisco, USA in 1989. |

Born in Hong Kong in 1953. He has been a Commissioner of MNC since April 2008. He joined Media Corp. as a CEO in December 2005 and also sits on the Board of Directors. He started his career with Hewlett Packard (HP) and spent almost 20 years in HP holding several senior positions management. He joined SingTel in 1998 as a CEO (SingTel Mobile), Executive Vice President (Consumer Business), and Executive Vice President (Corporate Business). He was instrumental in increasing SingTel’s broadband market share and driving regional expansion in the mobile business. Under his leadership, major initiatives in the digital space were launched by MediaCorp, including a highly successful on-line classifieds, internet television-on-demand, and High Definition TV broadcast. Greater emphasis has also been placed on new content formats as well as joint content production with neighboring countries. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) from the University of Aston, Birmingham, United Kingdom. |

Born in Jakarta in 1949. Served as a Commissioner of MNC since April 2008. Prior to joining MNC, he was a Director of PT Global Mediacom Tbk. since April 2004. Outside of the MNC Group, he serves as a President Director of PT Hyundai Mobil Indonesia. He obtained a Bachelor degree in Technical Engineering from Munich University, Germany in 1971. |

Irman Gusman

Representatives Council of Republic of Indonesia (DPD RI) during the period of 2004-2009, and served as Vice Chairman of DPD RI. Previously he was a member of the Regional Delegates Faction (FUD) MPR RI (1999-2004) and Vice Chairman of FUD for the period of 2002-2004. He was Chairman of the Committee of Indonesia Regional Investment Forum (IRIF) in 2006 and 2008 as well as Chairman of SC for the 5th World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) in 2009. He graduated from Indonesia Christian University in 1985 and obtained his MBA degree from the University of Bridgeport, USA in 1987. |
