Born in Surabaya in 1965. Served as Group President & CEO of MNC since March 2004. He is the founding shareholder and Group Executive Chairman of PT Bhakti Investama Tbk. since 1989. Currently, he holds positions in several other companies, including as a Group President & CEO of PT Global Mediacom Tbk. since 2002, President Commissioner of RCTI since 2008, President Commissioner of PT MNC Sky Vision (Indovision), President Commissioner of Media Nusantara Informasi since 2008, President Commissioner of MNC Networks since 2008, President Commissioner of MNC Pictures since 2007, and many other companies within Mediacom Group and Bhakti Investama Group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada, in 1988 and an MBA degree from Ottawa University, Ottawa, Canada, in 1989. He has also served as the General Treasurer of National Sports Committee (KONI) and has spoken at various seminars as well as lectured at post graduate programs in various universities for subjects on corporate finance, investments, and strategic management. With his background as a prominent investment banker, he developed MNC’s business model as it is today through various major acquisitions and establishments of new businesses, including the acquisitions of PT Global Mediacom Tbk., RCTI, and TPI as well as the development of the print and content business within MNC and many others. |

Born in Surabaya in 1948. Served Director of MNC since 2006 and as a member of the Board of Commissioners of RCTI since 2008. He was a Senior Executive and a member of the Board of Directors of PT Surya Citra Televisi (1989-2003) with last position as the President Director. Earned a degree in Electrical Engineering majoring in Telecommunication from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), Surabaya, in 1972 and completed a Post Graduate Study Program in Telecommunication from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Bandung, in 1976. He holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunication Engineering with a Minor in Business Management in 1978 and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Telecommunication Engineering in 1982, both from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA. | |

Born in Jember in 1966. Served as a Director of MNC since 2009 as well as a Chief Financial Officer of PT Global Mediacom Tbk. Previously, he held several important positions such as a Director/Vice President Director in PT MNC Sky Vision, PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia, and PT Global Informasi Bermutu. Formerly he was a Director at PT Bhakti Investama Tbk. (2004-2008) and PT Bhakti Capital Indonesia Tbk. (2000–2002). Obtained a Bachelor degree in Economy in Accounting from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Engineering from Institute Pertanian Bogor in Indonesia. He started his career in a Public Accounting Firm of Prasetio Utomo & Co. (Arthur Andersen) as well as Salim Groupk. | |

Nana Puspa Dewi

Nana joined MNC in 2007 after spending 21 years in consumer goods industry, including major FMCG companies such as Procter & Gamble, Mars Inc., Mayora and Cadbury. She held different positions from Management Trainee, Brand Manager, GM Marketing, Country Manager and her last position prior to joining MNC was as Managing Director in Cadbury Indonesia. Even though she is new to the media industry, her years of experience in market research, sales & marketing and general management has been very helpful in leading Programming, Production and Promotion Divisions in TPI. She obtained her degree in Economy in Management from Udayana University, Indonesia. |
