Indovision Achieved The Best Call Center Award

JAKARTA - PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk (MSKY) received Contact Center service Excellence Award 2017 Pay TV category. Through Indovision brand PT MNC Sky Vision achieved award as a company which has served customers with very well through by call center.

Adita Widyansari as Subscriber Management Director said, with social media ease and transparent to interact, making role of contact center increasingly important and dominant. PT MNC Sky Vision emphasized to provide the best service for customers.

“This transparent also be a challenge for company to provide contact center capable for providing a positive customer experience,” she said at Hotel Mulia, Wednesday (4/12/2017).

This award is the second  time received by PT MNC Sky Vision. Previously, in 2012 this pay TV company from MNC Group received the same award.

Adita continue that this award is a motivation for PT MNC Sky Vision to always give best services for customers. In addition two alternative call center numbers can contacted by customers, 021-21500900 and 1500900, PT MNC Sky Vision also undertakes various services innovation.

Through tree IVR menu, PT MNC Sky Vision undertakes innovation to shorten menu, so that making easier for customer to talk directly with customer service. “In addition, for provide convenience to customers, we provide Web Chat menu at website on this April 2017,” Adita added.

This award is given after through performance monitoring of Contact Center 2017 for six months start from July until December 2016. The indicator used to decide the best contact center is through Access, System, Procedure and People with result as Service Level index as called Contact Center Service Excellence Index or CCSEl.
