JAKARTA - The Chairman of the PMI Central Jakarta, Asep Djuanda, expressed his appreciation for MNC Group's consistent participation in the PMI Fundraising Month. MNC distributed a humanitarian donation of IDR 50 million to the PMI Central Jakarta in support of the 2025 PMI Fundraising Month.

"Today's activity is part of PMI Central Jakarta's efforts to raise funds from the public, especially today we are gathering companies to try to allocate funds for humanitarian funds through the Indonesian Red Cross," Asep told iNews Media Group on Tuesday (September 23, 2025).

"Alhamdulillah, today MNC Peduli is willing to donate IDR 50 million. This is the third time MNC has donated annually to the Indonesian Red Cross," he said.

He hopes that more parties will contribute to the 2025 PMI Fundraising Month. This way, PMI, as a non-governmental organization, can have a positive impact on the Indonesian community.

"The hope is that with more people participating in the fundraising month, PMI will provide even more benefits to the community," Asep concluded.

The Indonesian Red Cross Fundraising Month (PMI) is an annual event aimed at collecting donations from the public, companies, and related agencies. This activity aims to strengthen the PMI's capacity to provide assistance to those in need.

This year, MNC Group, through MNC Peduli, participated again by donating IDR 50 million to the Central Jakarta PMI. The donation handover took place at the Luminor Hotel, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (September 23rd).

The donation was symbolically handed over by the Chairperson of MNC Peduli, Jessica Tanoesoedibjo, and received directly by the Deputy Mayor of Central Jakarta, Eric Pahlevi Zakaria Lumbun.

The ceremony was witnessed by the Mayor of Central Jakarta, Arifin, and the Chairperson of the Central Jakarta PMI, Asep Djuanda.

This is not the first time MNC Peduli has participated in the PMI Fundraising Month. MNC Group, through MNC Peduli, consistently supports the Central Jakarta PMI every year as a form of commitment to social and humanitarian activities.
