JAKARTA - MNC Fest 2019 was held along with tree planting at Parkir Timur Senayan, Gelora Bung Karno, Central Jakarta.

Vice Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Angela Tanoesoedibjo, Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan, Executive Chairman of MNC Group Hary Tanoesoedibjo and Executive Chairwoman of MNC Group Liliana Tanoesoedibjo planted some trees.

Hary Tanoesoedibjo planted a ceremai tree, while Anies Baswedan planted a soursop tree.

Meanwhile, Executive Chairwoman of MNC Group Liliana Tanoesoedibjo stated the importance of greening to reduce pollution in Jakarta. “We support the programs from DKI Jakarta government which targets 2 million trees are planted in 2022 as an effort to reforest Jakarta and reduce pollution,” she said, Sunday (November 3, 2019).

Head of Organizing Committee of MNC Fest who was also the Director of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk Jessica Tanoesoedibjo said that MNC Fest did not only organize music concerts, job-fair, eco-fun walk, but also planting 10.000 trees in cooperation with Jakarta government.

In addition, there were also booths from financial services from MNC Land and other business units.

On that occasion, it was also attended by the Managing Director of GBK Complex Central Management Winarto and Director of PT MNC Studios International Tbk Valencia Tanoesoedibjo.
